Contractor Compliance for Colombia

CO

Track required evidence, enforce eligibility gates, and maintain audit-ready status. The system verifies EPS (health insurance), ARL (risk insurance), and monthly PILA receipts. Payments are blocked until everything is compliant—reducing risk of fines or legal issues.

Missing documents automatically stop work and payment until resolved.

What Gets Tracked

Contractor compliance in Colombia is based on continuously tracking required evidence and its validity over time. Evidence can expire, change, or become invalid, and compliance status updates accordingly.

What we verify

Every contractor must provide these documents. We verify them automatically and track expirations—so you don't have to.

SC Service contract (one-time)
  • Store signed contract with scope, term, and value
  • Automatically block assignments and payouts if contract is missing or expired
  • Get notified 30 days before contract expires so you can renew on time
  • Prevents paying contractors without valid agreements
EPS EPS (Health Insurance)
  • Capture initial affiliation certificate when contractor joins
  • Verify monthly coverage through PILA receipt automatically
  • Alert you immediately if coverage lapses or becomes inactive
  • Prevents working with contractors who lack health insurance
ARL ARL (Work Risk Insurance)
  • Record insurance company and risk class (I–V) based on job type
  • Automatically verify that contractor's risk class matches their assigned work
  • Verify monthly ARL payment through PILA receipt
  • Blocks assignments if risk class doesn't match—protecting you from liability
PILA PILA (monthly social security filing)
  • Collect official monthly PILA receipt (proof of social security payments)
  • Automatically verify receipt period, EPS/ARL payment lines, and IBC (income base)
  • Block invoice payments if PILA is missing or invalid
  • Remind contractors at 30, 15, and 5 days before due date (typically 10th of month)
SC: When a contractor joins
EPS: When a contractor joins, then verified monthly
ARL: When a contractor joins, then verified monthly
PILA: Every month before payment processing
