One 60–90 minute session to align on everything. You'll leave with a fully configured workspace, policy settings, ARL risk class mappings, template downloads, and a clear migration plan. No guesswork—everything is set up and ready to go.

  • Policy preset selected (Standard/Strict/Light) and customized to your needs
  • EPS/ARL recency requirements set (e.g., certificates must be ≤30 days old)
  • PILA due date configured (typically 10th of month)
  • Role → ARL risk class mapping completed (ensures contractors have correct insurance for their work type)
  • Warning windows set (30/15/5 day reminders)
Templates & migration plan
  • Service contract templates downloaded and ready to use
  • CSV import template provided with all required fields
  • Roster import process explained and validated
  • Contractor invitation workflow confirmed
  • Timeline agreed for first contractor onboarding
Finance guardrails understood
  • Payment hold system explained (how invoices/payouts are blocked)
  • Override process demonstrated (when and how to use time-boxed overrides)
  • Sample payment run previewed to show what gets blocked and why

  • Finance team trained on preview and release process

  • If using Siigo ERP: tenant details for integration setup
Templates & roster
  • Your current service contract template(s) (we'll help optimize if needed)
  • Initial contractor roster as CSV with: name, email, ID number, ID type, phone, role, ARL risk class, contract dates, rate
Policy decisions
  • EPS/ARL certificate recency requirement (e.g., certificates must be ≤30 days old)
  • PILA due date preference (typically 10th of month, but configurable)
  • Warning window preferences (when to send reminders: 30/15/5 days before expiration)
  • Payment gate preferences (which gates to enable: assignment, invoice, payout)
Operations workflow
  • Your invoicing cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Invoice approval workflow and who approves what
  • Preferred reminder frequency and channels (email, SMS, both)
  • Escalation contacts for urgent compliance issues
